Pin all the individual masks on the east wall per designated group area.
Put your name neatly on the mask.
1. Each group work covers an area of 150 cm (W) x 200 cm (H). It is approximately (4) x A1 sheets (84 cm x 119 cm).
2. All groups lay the Site Plans in sequence from left to right per designated area (see drawing below), where the north is to the right.
3. The site plan is 1:200. The adjacent plans (groups) should match perfectly, both vertically and horizontally.
4. Match up top of your drawings (the horizontal 100 m x 100 m grid line) with the top of the panel and with your neighbor group's drawings.
5. All other information (Texts, sections, 3D's, models etc.) should be graphically appropriate and beautiful, laid within 150 cm x 200 cm area, and/ or on the floor in front of the vertical panel within 150 cm.
1. Regional river map is reconstructed on the floor in scale.
2. The size of the map is 600 cm x 600 cm, composed with your black/ white body flow Photoshop drawings.
3. The complete map takes 72 drawings. Each section of the river is represented by three consecutive body flow drawings. Every group produces 6 drawings. Put them in appropriate locations on the floor.
4. Refer to the 15 x 15 grid drawings (check with your group leader) to locate your drawings on the floor.
5. The drawing scale: 11 black dots (10 spacing) should be measured horizontally 12.5 cm on your final print out.
6. The drawing size is 50 cm x 75 cm.
7. Align the center line of your drawings with the center line of the river on the floor.
1. All works in place by 9:30 AM Sunday, 9/23
2. All texts on the drawing should be English. Minor Chinese notes are OK only if it is necessary.
3. Oral presentation is in English, have your group translator ready for it.
4. All drawings should be digitally documented, and modulated in A1 format. Chief Ah-Zen should collect them from group leaders by 9/28 (Friday) .
